Important Notes for International Customers

If you wish to place an international order or have items shipped overseas, we would appreciate it if you could kindly contact us in advance with the details of your intended purchase and delivery, as we kindly ask that purchases and deliveries via our online cart be limited to within Japan.
Please understand that we may need to decline the order depending on the destination region, shipping method, or other conditions.
For approved international orders, we will provide a direct payment link including shipping and any applicable fees.
Should any restricted condition be discovered after payment, we regret that your order will be cancelled and refunded, excluding all transaction-related fees.

Shipping Notes:

• Shipping fees (from ¥3,300) apply depending on the destination regardless of the purchase amount
  *Therefore, if a local dealer is available in your region, we kindly recommend purchasing from them to avoid international shipping costs.
• Customs duties and related charges are the responsibility of the customer
• If deliveries are refused (e.g., due to unpaid customs or long-term absence), return shipping charges will be billed to the customer
• Packaging may be altered if opened during customs inspection
• In certain regions, affiliated shipping agents may be used; by placing an order, you kindly consent to the sharing of necessary delivery information with them
• Please note that delivery addresses cannot be changed after order confirmation

How to Purchase Internationally:

• Please click the blue 「質問・見積り（Inquiry/Estimate）」 button on the item page
• Select “Purchase” as the subject and submit the form
• We will respond with payment details
• Production will commence once payment is confirmed, and shipping will follow upon completion

We kindly ask that you refrain from using the “Add to Cart” button, as it is intended for domestic orders within Japan only.
